Shadow Lugia (also known as XD001) was an experiment created by Cipher (bad guys who first appeared in Pokémon Colosseum) to allow them to take over the world! Featured in "Gale Of Darkness", Shadow Lugia was apparently not able to be purified, but the bad guys didn't do their research well enough as you an infact purify him in a chamber! After purification, Shadow Lugia becomes regular Lugia and can be traded to games. His type is Shadow (no, really?!) You will encounter him at level 50 and he knows the following attacks:-
Shadow Blast - A powerful vaccum attack.
Base Power: 80
Accuracy: 100%
Shadow Down - Severely lowers both opponent's defense (two stages).
Base power: 0
Accuracy: 100% Shadow Shed - Remove's reflect, light screen and safeguard from all pokémon in battle. Base Power: 0
Accuracy: 100% Shadow Storm - Powerful twister that hits both opponents.
Base Power: 95
Accuracy: 100%
