I Can actually make it, It will take its time tough. Just I have one question tough, in his both Human and Lugian form? or just one of his forms?

I would be able to do it, but you didn't give a description of how he looks anywhere. I'm just assuming that it's a regular lugia, or a half-human-half lugia hybrid. :P

Yeah I now see that actually too, can you maybe post a description of what Lugian should look like? I only made a lugia sketch right now, as I´m not sure how you really look like in you OC.
