Yes it's that time of year again! The Christmas card exchange is on and we'll be needing a lot of extra postage time for 2009 considering the postal strike in the UK... please sign up by emailing your account name, nickname (or real name) and address to Christmas at lugia dot us. Each member will be listed on a form which will then be emailed to the other participants.

The closing date for this year is November 11th 2009 at 12pm GMT, the only requirement is that you MUST be a registered member here, all registration info will be checked before adding the user to the list, if I am unsatisfied with your registration information, I will email you back. This is to prevent just anyone having access to the community's addresses.

Sorry for the three day downtime everyone. Our host was upgrading their servers and they ran into a bit of trouble along the way -v-
Everything is up and running smoothly again and hopefully better than before as well! I will hopefully be updating the site again soon with all the latest Lugia and Articuno merchandise because as everyone knows, lots of new Lugia stuff is being released and this makes me extremely happy :>

Finally I have been able to update the site again! Firstly I'd like to announce that Aurora has joined the team as a global moderator along with Quanyails who is our new sprite gallery moderator! Congrats guys and once again, thankyou for offering your services to The Sky Temple ^v^ Much appreciated!
To all merchandise lovers, keep your eyes out for new toys being released for Heart Gold and Soul Silver, I will be trying my best to put them up on the merchandise pages as soon as I can.
Now with the help of Kyu and Aurora I've been able to add more colouring pages to the site at last, I know these were rather high in demand so there you go everyone, wishes fulfilled.
Thanks also to Feather who completed the Articuno Pokédex info for me! She really took a load off my back with that and she coded it perfectly as well, I couldn't believe it and had no idea that she was so talented! Infact you ALL are, I'm dedicating this article to all of my mods and admins because you mean the world to me :>

Only recently new Lugia and Ho-oh plushes were released for the promotion of Heart Gold and Soul Silver. Now a second pair have been released and they appear to be much larger!

Although the Lugia looks a bit cheesed off in its expression, I am hoping this is due to the angle of the photo! The Ho-oh is absolutely beautiful and really detailed as well! I don't think these are available to buy just yet but give it a bit of time and we'll start to see them on Ebay etc. soon enough.

Although I haven't gotten round to properly updating all the pages and adding new content lately, I have been trying to get back into working on the site here, unfortunately life has been a bit difficult since June when I lost my job due to company cut-backs. Luckily for me, I got a new and far better job! I'm on a fantastic wage and doing what I do best, helping to fix technical issues. I'm going to need a bit of time to settle down into a new routine, once I have you can bet I'll be working on The Sky Temple again - I may have less time but that time will be well spent.
In other news our latest affiliate is The Cave of Dragonflies at http://www.dragonflycave.com, please check out this site, it's one of the longest running, original Pokémon websites on the internet today. I think what I love about the site most of all are the views and opinions on certain "hot topics", the content overall is VERY interesting to read!
